Roberto Martinez is a Leadership Teacher. After teaching Leadership in the United
States and Abroad, Roberto has now taken his teachings into the Kingdom Of God.
He also hosts Leadership Conferences where he teaches how Christians can display
their God given Leadership talent for the Lord.
Roberto has 23 years of leadership training under his belt. He has a vision to ensure
that leaders in the Kingdom of God, become Generals in the Kingdom of God.
His ministry is also reaching out to the young leaders of the world, through
Club L.E.A.D.E.R ( Life-Education-Attitude-Duty-Effort-Reward)
His ministry wants to ignite today's youth to be tomorrows leaders.
At Martinez Leadership we want to see the church rise and become leaders for
Jesus Christ. The passion to want to live and walk out the God given life and be
able to lead the way so the world may see that Jesus Christ is the only truth.
At M.L. we want to be the beacon of light where people can come and learn how
to be Generals in God's Army.
We will Train and Empower Godly Leaders. We have a Godly desire to see people
start taking charge of their lives and not let the world dictate it for them.
To implement this Vision we have Three Departments:
1. Leadership Conferences and Workshops
This takes place when Roberto and his team hold teachings for the body of Christ,
through church gatherings, conferences and workshops. Many people receive
the training necessary to go into leadership roles in their lives, communities and local church.
Most of M.L. teachings start with the three basic fundamentals:
A. Humility
B. Obedience
C. Servanthood
2. CLUB L.E.A.D.E.R.
This is where teachings are directed towards young people. At Martinez Leadership we believe
that by implementing the Kingdom Leadership traits into our young people today, they
will truly be the effective Jesus seeking, Holy Ghost chasing leaders the world so desperately needs.
3. Books CD"S and DVD"S
Our teachings are also spread through our resources. We offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy
and all the while learn, all of our Leadership Principles. We are currently working on Internet and T.V.
teachings.
